I love Bodyrok! They have targeted workouts weekly, different areas for different days, and the entire workout sequence is listed on the projector. It is challenging and timed very nicely to the music!
Amazing classes + instructors! My favorite is the obliques class they have once per week, always so sore afterwards! A fantastic workout.
