AJ is such an amazing instructor! His classes are always challenging, energetic, and so much fun. He has a great way of motivating everyone and pushing us to give our best without making it feel overwhelming. I really appreciate how attentive and encouraging he is throughout the class. You can truly feel his energy and passion every time he teaches. One of my favorite instructors at BODYROK! 🔥
great instructors and great staff. always a clean studio and amazing vibes
