Loved going to this studio. All the teachers are amazing. Specific shoutouts to Christian, Juan, and AJ. Loved their classes. Will miss this studio! Leaving New York so feel okay putting them on blast since i wont have to fight over getting a spot haha. Looking forward to checking them out in Los Angeles.

I've been doing Pilates Reformer classes at the BODYROK 34th Street location, and I've had a great experience. One of the things I appreciate most is their schedule, they offer early morning classes starting as early as 5:30 AM almost every day, which makes it easy to fit a workout into a busy schedule. Morning instructors are great! Clear efficient and timely guidance. They will correct your position, and give good alternate moves. Not quite so for middle of the day instructors— lots of confusion across the room on what move we’re on, even running out of time to do the last 20% of moves on one side of the body.

Great workout to build strength and balance. Instructors are supportive and kind. Classes change daily, and routines change monthly. Would highly recommend as a great addition to a fitness program.
