Kelly was the best instructor — sweet, patient and motivating! This was my first time doing Pilates with BodyRok and I'll definitely be coming again. The classes are tough and I felt the burn! Kelly gives instruction clearly so you can modify the workout to your needs/preferences. Highly recommend.

This was my first Pilates studio, and I can't say enough great things about it! The instructors—Annie, Alycia, Cassidy, and Caitlin (just to name a few) are absolutely incredible. You truly can't go wrong with any of them. Every class is filled with positive energy, and they do an amazing job helping you learn the program while making you feel comfortable and supported. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and excited for my next class.
I have been going to BODYROK for a few months now and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect in-between studio of ultra challenging to not challenging at all that I was looking for! The studio is super welcoming, the instructors are great, and there are a variety of classes! Would recommend to anyone!
