I love this place! All of the instructors are so supportive and every routine is the perfect challenge! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try reformer pilates!

Great atmosphere.. The instructors motivate you to push through the exercises and give feedback on how to do better.. I’ve done two classes so far and I’m looking forward to going to more classes..

I absolutely LOVE BodyRok Pilates! I wasn't sure what to expect when I started, but now I'm hooked. Every class has kicked my ass in the best possible way! I leave exhausted, sweaty, and feeling stronger every single time. The instructors are incredible! They are encouraging, motivating, and somehow make you want to keep going even when your legs are shaking. Bodyrok Cumming is my most absolute favorite place to be. It feels like home and such a fun place to end a long day of work. The staff is so friendly and they are awesome!!!
