Be warned. Physical space and Management of money/contracts not great. You’ll be working out entirely too close to other people breathing in their breath. I got very sick from going here. I entered into a 4 month commitment and they will not honor a refund on the months I was charged after the 4 month contract was up. They tried to offer me a fraction of what I felt was fair. Very disappointed. If you feel like you can overcome those two things then you will enjoy the instructors.

I am normally not a Pilates person, but I decided to step outside my comfort zone and take a class at BODYROK Cumming. I walked in feeling like I didn’t belong - I didn’t have the matching set, and I had absolutely no idea what went where on the reformer. Luckily, I had a friend who teaches there, so I walked into her class with not one ounce of confidence. I left feeling completely different.
