I genuinely have great experiences as an avid fitness girly visiting from South Florida, but I have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was my first and last time going to BodyRok. The place was empty for one. Two, the girl at the front desk was super rude from the moment we walked in. I went to BodyRok for the first time with my sister and mom expecting a fun family workout together. We arrived 10 minutes before class, exactly as the screen at the studio instructed for newcomers. We never received any text, email, or notice beforehand saying first-timers needed to arrive 15 minutes early. The front desk employee was completely unhelpful and spent 10 minutes repeating “I can’t let you in” instead of actually trying to resolve the situation.
