i've been coming to bodyrok for ~2 months now and I love it!! the vibes are always amazing, the instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable, and I've become so much stronger! I totally recommend!
Bodyrok is a great all around workout. I’ve been going for a few months and noticed my body, especially my core becoming stronger within a few weeks of starting class. The Belmont location has terrific instructors who give clear instructions and have very positive fun, attitudes and the ladies at the front desk are so nice and very helpful.
Love Bodyrok! Gaucha is my favorite. Killer workouts every time! 🩷
Dania made my first ever reformer Pilates class not-so-scary! She was so attentive and made me feel super comfortable. And the workout was incredible, one of the best I’ve done in a while. It was challenging but fun!! 10/10 will be going again 😊
i have been going to this location since it opened and it’s been such a fun journey! i truly enjoy every class i take and feel like i am supported to push myself but also encouraged to take it easy in case im not feeling my best!
