honestly one of my favorite studios in seattle! everyone is so personable & the space itself is so cute!
Love this studio! Coaches are amazing they keep an eye on you to make sure you’re comfortable and doing good plus classes are just amazing. Im so grateful I decided to become a founding member cause it’s been the best decision I’ve made!
i’ve recently started taking classes here since the first week they opened and absolutely love it. the location is so convenient for me and i love the studio. so far, i love taking classes with Taylor, Lauren, and Haley! i always look forward to their classes.
Staff : young, fun, welcoming, empowering & motivating Difficulty : amazing & hard! If you want to be sore for days and see results this is the place! They challenge you to work every muscle in your body but also guide you to help any modifications Music : great high energy playlists Atmosphere : relaxing ambiance in locker room with little get ready items you need. Then LED-darker vibe in studio Vibes: 100% Note: sticky socks required for class and not offered free first class
After being a classpass user for a year, I tried Bodyrok when it opened and immediately fell in love and joined as a founding member! From the beautiful and clean studio to the energetic and kind instructors, I am coming back day after day! Highly recommend if you want a challenging workout in an encouraging environment!
