Each class is unique and challenging and the trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Been here on and off over time. However I’ve been a full time member now for about 2 months. The new training room was a great addition. Great gym!
Sam is an incredible yoga teacher. She leads her class with ease and grace and is attuned to her students' needs. Her inspirational quotes and poems are always on point and adds meaning and depth to the practice of yoga. You will leave the session feeling a sense of accomplishment and tranquility. Sam's practice is designed for all levels. I highly recommend Sam!
