BodyPure ROCKS! They offer a modern take on classic Pilates’ repertoire. It is more athletic, giving you a great work out.
I tried a Groupon for my first few classes to make sure I liked this form of exercise, as my lower back was stretched out from Bikram Yoga, and I was in serious pain, and just wrapped up 3 months of physical therapy. I am pleased to say that this type of Pilates is perfect for me.
