Amazing amazing amazing! Such a great workout for people with busy schedules - 20 min workout and you’re sore for a day or two 🙈 Please open a location in Burnaby or Richmond!!
This is the best decision I've made, joining them. The personal trainers are great, I love it, because I have helped me a lot, 3 months and I can feel and see big difference in my body.
Loved my first session. I did not believe how 20mins is such a workout. It is good also to destress. My trainer was awesome. Can't wait for more
