I’ve been going to Body Pulse Kitsilano for over a month now and I’m honestly hooked. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — they make every session feel welcoming and personal. I had an early morning EMS training session at Body Pulse with Gillian, and it was fantastic! Gillian was super professional, patient, and encouraging throughout. She explained every movement clearly and made sure I was doing everything safely and effectively. I left the session feeling fully energized and really satisfied with the workout. Highly recommend Gillian if you’re looking for a great start to your day!
