They are the best gym in Shreveport, me and my wife have gone there for 14 months. Everyone treats everyone like family and they have lots of equipment to have an amazing workout.
Myra is the BEST! She has really helped me improve on my strength training. She challenges me, but is also very encouraging...Highly recommend!

I’ve recently joined BodyPro Impact, it’s a great gym with lots of equipment! Myra McFarlain is a wonderful trainer. She encourages me to do exercises that I would never do on my own. She’s an enthusiastic motivator and always super positive. Myra makes my workouts fun!
