Four years later after canceling my membership as well as signing a form to do so- they have sent it my account to collections. I moved from GA FOUR years ago. Thanks for doubling my membership without my authorization, but yet I need to come in and sign a cancellation waiver which can’t be completed over the phone? I signed a contract and it’s obvious you can’t stay true to that contract, so why would I sign another piece of paper that has no worth?
