Just moved to Cartersville and looking for a good gym, but man… after reading all the reviews, my excitement for joining Bodyplex faded. Looks like Planet Fitness it is...
Nobody has called me back. Charged me multiple times and no one will answer or call back so I can understand why they are charging me when I’m not due for the annual fee. Will be cancelling sad I’ll have to drive down to cancel and speak to someone. Customer support sucks!!
This is the lowest rated gym in town for a reason don’t bother wasting ur time.
Great group fitness classes and instructors. Great equipment on the floor. Everyone seems friendly and great staff. Also child care if needed and great staff there too
