The gym itself is wonderful, no complaints there. The issue is I signed up through Active and Fit, similar to insurance, where I pay the monthly due through them, it lets me choose a different gym every month based on location. When I first went to this gym, they made me pay an annual fee, which I agreed to even though that was not advertised anywhere on their Active and Fit page. I have been a member for 6 years and I’m a little disappointed with the gym lately. The temperature in the gym has been unacceptable, the machines are rusting and it’s so hot that it’s very hard to workout. On some days there are no towels and the spray bottles are empty. It also needs to be cleaned on a weekly basis. All I want is a clean gym to work out in.

I love this gym. It has every piece of equipment you need, machines and free weights. They have protein supplements, beverages, classes, showers, lockers, and it's BIG. It's open 24/7 so you can workout wherever it's convenient.

Nicole was excellent!!! She greeted me at the door and showed me around the gym. The equipment was clean and well kept, also nice and spaced out so there’s no clutter! She was very kind and clear with how membership works, all with a smile. Will be using this gym!

Very nice people, but very frustrating. Waited for 30 min to try and cancel membership after 2.5 yrs because it cant be cancelled online or over the phone. I'm told it takes them 60 days to process the cancellation, so I'll be billed two more times (but they waved the cancellation fee). Nothing takes 60 days. Careful folks, make sure you read your contact and understand what you're getting, because it's intentionally hard to get out of.
