Very nice people, but very frustrating. Waited for 30 min to try and cancel membership after 2.5 yrs because it cant be cancelled online or over the phone. I'm told it takes them 60 days to process the cancellation, so I'll be billed two more times (but they waved the cancellation fee). Nothing takes 60 days. Careful folks, make sure you read your contact and understand what you're getting, because it's intentionally hard to get out of.

I try to take reviews with a grain of salt, but after my wife's experience I think they are probably pretty accurate. Multiple calls, messages, and showing up during the supposed staff hours. Must be nice having so many customers you aren't worried about new ones. So if that is experience coming in the door, I don't want to risk how you will treat me when I am trying to leave.

I love this gym. It has every piece of equipment you need, machines and free weights. They have protein supplements, beverages, classes, showers, lockers, and it's BIG. It's open 24/7 so you can workout wherever it's convenient.

Alright folks…. Do not sign up at this gym. Been a member for over 13 years. Hardly ever went because I belong to other gyms. Don’t even live in area. Long ago fulfilled my contract. They will not let me cancel. Keep charging me at my bank. It is impossible to get membership canceled. They give you a phone number to call but it goes nowhere. Now they say I need to send a certified letter? What the hell? I’ve given these people over five grand over the years and barely used the place. Nicole was excellent!!! She greeted me at the door and showed me around the gym. The equipment was clean and well kept, also nice and spaced out so there’s no clutter! She was very kind and clear with how membership works, all with a smile. Will be using this gym!
