Kate is the best LMT in the area if not the state, if not the world!! In all seriousness she is very well trained in multiple modalities and techniques. She holds incredible space for her clients and will adapt to fit each person's specific needs or preferences seamlessly. Kate at bodyography did a phenomenal job. She took time to listen to my concerns and where I needed work on the most and nailed it. Best massage I have had in an a while and I can’t wait to go back next month. I feel like a new person in the best way possible.
