the overall piercing experience was great! piercer was good at preparing you for the needles going through! my issue happened later, the post that was given to me was not remotely long enough to accommodate swelling, so it has been thus far a very very VERY uncomfortable time, like way more than typical piercing healing. I am so pissed! Today is March 31 and around 4.10pm I got an earring from the stand at cross iron. I told this white lady several times that I am looking for a surgical stew earring with a really thin pin cause my piercing hole is small. She sold this earring to me I even got the insurance thing for $5 my bill came to around $36 which was expensive for just one tiny earring. REVIEW EDIT BELOW Their jewellery may look pretty but don't expect it to stay that way. This is supposed to be rose gold and I only had it in for a week. They wouldn't even exchange it because apparently tarnishing isn't a good enough reason. I paid $30 for this piece of crap. SAVE YOUR MONEY! BUY ELSEWHERE!! I reached out to them after they replied to my post and was informed that my piece of jewelry was defective. I was able to go onto their website and pick out a new one that they sent to me free of charge.

I was given 15% off after I lost the top to my labret the same day, the worker was very friendly and helpful. It was so nice of them to do that for something that was likely my fault. The sales person answered all my questions and had a really positive vibe. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t have longer posts in stock, no 9mm or 10mm, I settled for an 8mm.
