Waste of money. Cheap jewelry that you pay a lot for just to have it not be surgical steel or to break and get damaged. I purchased ear piercings and used their cleaning foam spray they sold to me and the color got stripped off of them and took them back and they won’t do a refund or exchange. This is negligence on their end! Plus the customer service sucks both online and at the booth in the mall. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! UPDATE: Sent in email and never got a response back.

Jewelry is suitable, the people they hire don’t know shit about piercings. I went in legitimately asking for help and suggestions and they sold me the wrong type of jewelry. I needed a curved barbel for a vertical libret and a wide ring for a septum. I asked MANY questions asking if this was the right jewelry, because it looked like ear jewelry. And yep I was right. It was and they still sold it to me. I also had to teach the person there what a rook piercing was. Uneducated staff.
I bought a piece of jewelry in December and after about a month and a half it began to show copper underneath. I reached out to customer service and had a great experience with Amanda. I was able to choose out a new piece and it was sent directly to me free of charge.
