I’ve always had a great experience at Bodymind Float Center, but my most recent float was by far the most relaxing yet—I even drifted off to sleep partway through. I went in feeling pretty sore from workouts over the past couple of weeks, and left feeling noticeably restored and lighter in my body. The space is always peaceful, clean, and welcoming, and I’ve consistently felt cared for every time I visit. Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful experience. Very well organized, clear instructions, everything you need for a restorative 90 minute float. I recommend making use of the ring pillow to help the neck relax a bit more.
