I have been working with Wendy for a few months. She understands where I am at, my struggles, and is always supportive.
I just had my third visit with Adrianne and I have learned so much about not only what to eat, but how to eat healthy. I have lost 8 lbs so far and I feel great! Adrianne takes the time to explain everything at each visit and gives suggestions when I'm not sure how to handle certain situations. She really cares about me as a person and genuinely wants to help me be a better me.
I have loved my sessions with Adrianne so far! She absolutely gets where I am at today and where I want to be. She listens and offers sound advice and suggestions. In just the first 2 weeks the results are noticeable! My husband has been pushing me to seek some counseling in this area for a while and today while sitting in her office I realized how lucky I am to have finally found a place to give me the exact support I needed. I am so glad I checked with my insurance and am taking the time for this in my life!
