I first sought Candia's help in dealing with pain from past injuries in both shoulders, and both elbows. But, we are also working on so much more - posture, movement, balance, strength, breath, etc. Candia's enthusiasm for movement, activity, and health is contagious, and I find myself in a positive and hopeful state of mind after each session. Candia is an empathetic, knowledgeable therapist, and you will quickly see how passionate she is about what she does. She articulated my issues really well and gave me guidance on changes I need to make in my life to get to a pain free state. Lots of strengthening, mobility work and also hands on therapy at the same time to relieve the stress and pain. Highly recommend.
