Sung does a great job of figuring out what your needs are ... and then adapting a program that really helps you improve. And, he really delivers on what he promises even for someone in their 70's like me!

As a fellow instructor, I have had the privilege to meet up with Sung in some of our training courses. I was always drawn to his intuitive eye to pick up on dysfunctional movement and the direction he would take to improve it. His care and passion in working with individuals, no matter the challenge is contagious. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with him is fortunate, as you will not be disappointed in the results!
