Let's call this '3 strikes and you're out'. I've had 3 bad experiences with this office at this point. 1. When their virtual service was ending and they changed the way they handle patients, I was charged a renewal fee that I did not authorize. Took me weeks to clear that up, receive the refund, and properly start the new service. 2. The last lab order mysteriously only called for testing half of the items that we are treating.
