I started professional speech coaching with Monica to improve my verbal communication skills in professional settings. We worked on practical techniques like breath work and being more mindful of using filler words. But more importantly, Monica helped me get to the heart of what I felt was holding me back from bringing my full self to professional settings. I still have some insecurity about the way I speak but I don't let that get in the way of speaking up as much because what I have to say is important.
