paid for laser hair removal service. asked staff member to laser my ears, and she did not. Also asked for qoute for tattoo removal and she also didn't provide requested. Also the listed prices for services on their website does not indicate wether taxes are included or not for each service, you have to use your physchic powers and figure it out yourself. Bad experience.
Amazing service done by Sarah and her team! Highly recommend! Prices are amazing and service is exceptional. The spa is clean and amazing devices on site.
bad experience just with booking a service. completely unorganized. sales person was very aggressive and demanding. felt like they were setting me up just to rip me off. (demanding for a deposit but couldn’t remember the day we agreed for appointment) found them through an instagram add. would not recommend just because of experience. customer service ZERO star

Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable, very good pricing, very comfortable atmosphere, definitely coming back for more laser hair removal treatments!
