We are a fitness home for everyBODY. Our schedule is filled with over 40 classes each week which includes Barre, Rhythm Riding(NRG), TRX, Yoga, and Pilates. We strive to create a unique, challenging and motivating environment that you won’t experience anywhere else.

I'm basically committed to this place for life, I love it so much.
This is hands down my favorite gym! I absolutely love the barre classes—they’re challenging, fun, and really effective. I started 3 months ago and have already noticed a difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. The instructors are fantastic: knowledgeable, supportive, and always bring great energy. I also really appreciate the variety of both barre and Pilates classes, which keeps me engaged. I have tried almost all of the classes through classpass. They are all great workouts and the instructors are awesome! They all have their own style (some will correct you, others do not). I think the variety in classes and instructor style is good though, especially if it’s your only studio. The studio itself is split into 2 sides (1 for cycling and 1 for barre/pilates). It’s clean and super cute!
I love the variety they offer and the classes are seriously so tough!! Clean and aesthetic workout studio too.
