Order a part, they said they would call back by Friday, a week went by, they charged my credit card $50 right away, no call, I called back following Tuesday. They aid they called but not possible as cell phone record dropped calls. I was calling them to inform them I no longer needed the part. They said o.k. there will be a "restocking fee" I said o.k., Rep said hmm don't know how much that is I will call you back, again no call back. I took it up with VISA. If I could offer a no star I would.
