I agree with the last comment. Melissa is incompetent. This company does NOT train their employees long enough (2 days) and then expects them to know everything in and out about the job. Managers do not answer their phones when you have questions or blow you off because they dont want to handle anything. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends. I give them no stars for lack of customer service!!!!!!!!!!
09/16/2013 ...UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOUNTABLE & POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. After a change of ownership and policy, the Tan Factory (Bodyheat Tanning) decided not to hold clients' lotions in-store anymore. Although nothing wrong with that policy in itself, they lost my lotion in the process (or perhaps gave it to some other customer) which cost $90.00 at the time.
