I signed up for a membership at Bodyheat Tanning in Henderson last week and had a terrible experience. I bought a $60 lotion at full price, unaware that members are supposed to get 25% off all products for life — a sign clearly posted in the store. The employee never mentioned this discount when I signed up, which felt dishonest and misleading. I had a mixed experience. I signed up for the monthly spray tan for a few months. I love the convenience with days/hours. That really works for me. And the staff has always been very nice and helpful. Where it didn’t go well- 3 times the spray machine didn’t work and I was moved to another room. Not a huge deal, but when you are naked and trying to redress, call for help, change rooms, and one time the front desk girl had to face time a manager over and over while I stood to watch trouble shooting. Writing about little miss Ella. She is an absolute delight! Amazing customer service, always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She is such a people person. She definitely needs to be recognized for all that she brings to the table. Give this girl a raise! Lol You guys are lucky to have her 👍♥️😊
