Great place to get your body healthy and wonderful place to recover!!!
I was feeling so sore from a workout and desperately needed some help. Steve was great about showing my the cryotherapy chambers benefits and let me use the compression sleeves which completely took away my shin splints. The ARX machine took so much time off my workouts so I could get back to my family! Highly recommend BodyHack Labs for any recovery and workout needs! Great, clean facility!
This is the best and most invigorating experience I have ever experienced in my health journey!
