Coach Kaytie is very motivating and will push you to do/be your best. The class structure is fun, modifications are provided for every move so there is definitely something for everyone! I'm never disappointed...great variety if routines and love the people!
Best trainer and workouts I have ever had. Kaytie will def get you into shape. She can modify any move to accommodate injuries and skill level. More like working out with a friend who can make you laugh and forget you are working out.
