Recently I utilized the services of Bodyfree and have to say it has been the best experience. Bianca from reception is on point for efficiency, both over the phone and via email, did not skip a beat, I did not have to chase for anything and she was always very pleasant to deal with. Had bypass mid-2023. Surgery went well, but my scars on my abdominal near my belly button are very visible (dark and long). A family member of mine had bypass through a different surgeon and they have no scars on their abdominal, as their surgeon did key hole through their belly button. This was not presented to me as being an option. I wish I did more research prior to proceeding with this practice. I was ready to pay for my surgery and it was all booked. Unfortunately, the reception was so rude, dismissive and condescending whenever I would ask them a question or had dealings with them I decided to cancel and go elsewhere. After 3 or 4 dealings with them I thought to myself, there is no way I could put up with this attitude for two years of follow up appointments.
