Positives -Dr Joseph was nice. He listened to my concerns and prepared detailed letters to my GP and myself. I visited him twice. Once at my consultation and once 2 weeks before the scheduled surgery time. -The dietitian was nice and responsive. She responded to all my questions via email. - Dr Joseph called to acknowledge the situation and apologised. Negatives -Receptionists are terrible. They are both rude, abrupt and cheeky at times. Dr Gandy and the team are fantastic. I was genuinely scared to go through with this surgery and the team have been nothing but helpful and caring.

Recently I utilized the services of Bodyfree and have to say it has been the best experience. Bianca from reception is on point for efficiency, both over the phone and via email, did not skip a beat, I did not have to chase for anything and she was always very pleasant to deal with. My Surgeon was Dr Joseph, a no nonsense, tell you how it is Doctor. Had bypass mid-2023. Surgery went well, but my scars on my abdominal near my belly button are very visible (dark and long). A family member of mine had bypass through a different surgeon and they have no scars on their abdominal, as their surgeon did key hole through their belly button. This was not presented to me as being an option. I wish I did more research prior to proceeding with this practice.
