For the past year, I’ve been working with Bridget to improve my balance and mobility post foot surgery. She’s helped me tremendously and has taught me so much. I am two years removed from spinal fusion surgery followed by multiple rounds of physical therapy. While the surgery fixed disc and nerve issues, I was not completely pain free and lacked the mobility to play golf at a level and frequency I was used to.
