I am in town visiting and did the drop in class with Josh. It was such a great workout and so much fun! I felt so welcome. Kaden and Faith were very helpful and very nice! Highly recommend this gym :)
Met with Faith today regarding training and memberships. She give me a tour as well as provided valuable information on sessions and personalize goal tracking benefits. The facilities were awesome and the staff very professional and friendly.

I'm a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu and I have to say that the level of this gym is one of the best I've ever seen! Friendly people and qualified teachers, I highly recommend it for those who have never practiced and for those who already practice on time
