The best gym in Kansas City. They have literally everything - Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, group fitness, and an enormous basement gym with top of the line equipment for any type of lifting you could want.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym, especially the kids program. The coach is incredibly patient and has a natural ability to connect with each child, no matter their personality or experience level. You can tell there’s a genuine passion for teaching—not just jiu jitsu, but also discipline, confidence, and respect. I love this gym, they have continually worked with me to find the ways I needed to meet my fitness goals. The staff is all incredibly kind and amazing. Especially coach VaVa, Faith and Josh. This gym feels like a family and they really care about every single individual in their gym.
