I highly recommend this place, the staff are very friendly, courteous and respectful. I was there after a total knee replacement for total of three months, Xavier was my therapist, he set a goal for me and I was able to reach that thanks to him. The whole staff there are very helpful and assisted in me reaching my goal. These guys are wonderful and don't let you get down on yourself, they talk to you like they know you. Body Central has done an EXCELLENT PROGRAM. for recovering good use of my shoulder "cuff" muscle group recovering operational activity of my right shoulder. I'm almost back to as before my fall in late December. One more visit should complete the process. Thanks for your help.
My 84 year old mother is going there for physical therapy, they are so good with her she is starting to feel better balance wise. Which is great!
