I have been going for help with painful knees. Through the exercises they have had me do, I feel SO much better and stronger. I can now do some squats, which I really couldn't do before, and I can sleep on my side with my knees together! I couldn't do that before because it hurt so much. I still have a ways to go, but I am feeling much more confident about myself and being able to do things I couldn't do for months! Yay!
Staff has been very kind and professional
Thanks to everyone for bearing patience with me and my knee .Especially Jasmine and the staff for doing such a good job to try and get my knee functioning again blessings everyone
