I’ve just finished my program with Kirsten, and feel confident and empowered moving forward in my recovery and life! The time and care that Kirsten gives is genuine and knowledgeable. I felt confident with my journey post operative under her guidance. I wish I could give more stars! And to add to the experience, from the moment you enter the front door to finishing, Heather (front desk) is just as helpful and kind. Thanks girls truly appreciate you both.

I have had the privilege to be referred to Kirsten as I was having pelvic floor pain during pregnancy. Kirsten always has a huge smile on her face and a welcoming bubbly personality. Kirsten informed me about potential risk of pregnancy that I was never informed about ( this being third pregnancy). During this time Kirsten helped me prepare for labour and delivery and taught me how to turn off my pelvic floor. Legend physiotherapist and business owner Kirsten Hill has now assisted me superbly to both prepare for and rehab from hip replacement surgery - first my left hip and three years later, my right hip. I am indebted to her for ensuring I was in excellent condition both times pre the operations and post the operations, to re-teach my muscles to operate as they are intended. I sustained a birth related injury that wasn't picked up on until a couple of years after I had my children. When I did find out about it I went to Kirsten at BodyCare Physiotherapy who helped me so much! I learnt about why it happened and how I could retrain my pelvic floor and how I could continue living life as close to normal as I can possible.
