Amazing hydrotherapy antenatal swimming classes. Highlight of my week.
Highly recommend using Bodycare Physio. All of the staff are great, and they offer a huge range of services. Sophie is their womens health physio who really helped ease muscle and joint pain leading up to having my baby.
This is our daughter Kirana's 3rd term of swimming at Bodycare with Jackie. We are both so happy and pleased with her progress and the confidence that Jackie instills in not only our daughter, but all the other toddler's. She is an amazing teacher and the kids really enjoy the class activities and have a lot of fun. You just have to see the smiling faces from parents and their kids. We have used Bodycare Physio for our 4 yr olds swimming lessons this last term, and have absolutely loved it! The classes are so small and no other distractions. Highly recommend!
