Total lack of customer support in last year. Been/was a loyal customer for over a decade. Now just ignored. Phone number is a hoax, as is 'live chat. They no longer exist though they still sell their products with zero service.
I have done business with this company in the past without problems. I recently ordered a product from them thinking that it was safe to consume. I got the product in the mail and come to find out, it says it contains chemicals that cause cancer. I contacted them about this and the person named Kickin' It Kacie would not answer my questions. Refused refund after failing to ship package in promised timeframe. Very upset and feel completely helpless and disrespected, just got to deal with it, I have no control on the matter. I'll never spend money on their website ever again, better off just going to the supplement store.
I've been a BodyBuilding.com customer for upwards of 7 years now, personally never had any issues outside of the occasional late or missing package(which I don't blame them for.) Their customer service has always been good, however this last monday they went above and beyond for me. Last sunday I placed an order for about $200 worth of product, come monday morning I got news my grandfather had passed away. first thing I think how am i going to get from St petersburg florida back to Indianapolis with payday being a week away.... read more
This used to be far and away the best website to order supplements from. it wasn't even close. in the past couple of years their service has gone down hill at an astonishing rate. my latest order was supposed to be delivered by some new company (lazership?) they proceeded to lose my original package. it went from out for delivery to who knows where. i contacted bodybuilding who said they would send a replacement next day. it's 3 days later as of this review and it's still not here. was trying to chat with customer service wh... read more
