Lauren has an amazing "touch"...she knows right where to dig in to relieve whatever is causing pain or tension. And her knowledge of functional intervention is exceptional. I've never had a more effective partner in keeping my body moving strong!
I have been seeing Lauren since I moved to town over a year ago, and would highly recommend her. Her space is inviting and comfortable, and she is highly professional yet easy going, with a clear communication style. I find that her background in physical therapy is really great for me, as her understanding of the musculoskeletal system is so helpful in being able to manipulate muscles to help me feel almost immediate relief.
