Body blitz is the best gym I have trained at in Canberra. Johnny is a great gym owner and cares about his members and their experience training in his gym. Would recommend 10/10

I visited Canberra for an extended stay recently and was looking for a gym who would be happy to provide me a 4/5 week membership. I tried Lime and NexGen; the former was impossible to arrange and I gave up, the latter was incredibly expensive and clearly didn’t want my business. I contacted Body Blitz and the owner, John, said he would be happy to provide me a membership for the period I needed - and at a very reasonable price. After 7 years at Club Lime Cisac, I thought I’d never change gyms. So glad I did! The machines are sooooo much better, so much more variety. Not too cold in winter, not too hot in summer which is great - and 24/7 is also a big win for weekends and public holidays. The owner is always prepared to help you with an exercise or give guidance for what you’re trying to achieve.
