Been a member here for a while, and it is, without a doubt, the best gym in Canberra. John has a fantastic establishment, and is incredibly enthusiastic towards his clientele. If you are either new or experienced, give this one a try. At least come in and talk to John about your goals and expectations. I think you'll be surprised and happy you did...
It's a shame it's a nice gym but the owner is rude. He doesn't give me privacy or peace and quiet. I go there to train and during my between sets of 2 mins I catch up on my reading, but Johnny tells me off loudly many times to get off my phone! It's like I've no freedom to do what I want. I bring my towel always and still he asked me one time if I've got my towel. I've noticed he doesn't even ask some people. He also asked me one late afternoon if I'll take a shower after my training. A lot of equipments. Less crowded than other gyms
This gym has the best equipment, is well run and friendly. With a lifetime of experience advice is always on hand and on point. Highly recommend
Beautiful Gym! Tons of beautiful machines from Panatta and other high quality brands, “Jhonny Boss” is the best! Don’t stop the pump
