I’ve been training with Alan since 2018, and let me tell you, this man wants your goals more than you do. He’s the rare trainer/coach/friend combo who keeps you accountable, pushes you without beating you up, and somehow makes you laugh while you’re suffering through the last rep. If you want someone who actually cares, actually shows up, and actually helps you get results, hire Alan. Highly recommend.
