Portia is one of my favorite instructors! She has a calming voice and does such a good job Correcting when needed. It’s amazing how people don’t listen to her very intentional Cues! There are so many instructors I love but the studio would be lost without Portia
Love, love, LOVE Allison! She is so patient and does a wonderful job showing us how to properly do each Pilates move. She pays close attention to our posture, makes sure we are breathing correctly, and reminds us to keep our tummies tight. She is an amazing instructor, and I always look forward to her classes!
Kathryn is amazing!!! 🤩 Hands down, the best Pilates workout ever! I wasn't sure if I wanted to scream, cry, or smile because it hurt sooo bad... but felt sooo good at the same time! 💪🔥 I can't wait for the next class!

I took the Performance class with Portia, and it exceeded my expectations. The workout was challenging in the best way..I had the muscle shakes by the end, which is exactly what I was looking for! Portia did an excellent job catering to all fitness levels by offering both progressions and regressions throughout class, so everyone could work at an appropriate level while still being challenged. She also made respectful, helpful form corrections when needed, which I really appreciated and felt made the workout even more effect... read more
