I really enjoyed my first class this morning. It was a great workout, Anne was a fantastic instructor, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a very inviting and encouraging atmosphere. I plan to join and continue taking classes.
Went for my first class and loved it! The staff was excellent and beautiful new studio!
