I had my first class last night as someone completely new to the Pilates world and I am hooked. Each time I take a class from a different instructor at BodyBar, Centerville, I am convinced they couldn't be topped. Enter Elizabeth. Her form during instructions is so fluid. She had to have taken ballet. She's calm but obviously extremely bright. Her personality calmed me down from the time she began the class through to the end. A reformer class with Elizabeth is in my future!

From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The bodybar team had pregnancy modifications ready to go without me having to say a word.. which made me feel completely safe and supported. Stephany stayed by my side the whole class coaching me through the modifications and helping adjust my machine. Ally the instructor also kept an eye on me throughout the class. Everyone at this studio is so kind. Great group of women, such a great studio!
