Clean studio, instructors are helpful and just an overall amazing experience. I’m postpartum and this is my first time back in a while, moving my body again and I’m really happy with the classes I’ve taken and I’m looking forward to a healthy change with myself.
I attended a class on Mother’s Day with Katelyn as the Instructor. She was; friendly, had clear instructions, and I was very sore the next day. It was a fun & hard workout. Thanks Katelyn, I will definitely be back!!💪😊
