Body bar Derby is fantastic! It is such a welcoming and supportive environment. You are greates by name with a smile. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. And the class members encourage each other. Rebecca is one of my favorite instructors. She is fun, encouraging, helpful and her classes are always a good time.
Update! The staff here has been amazing! They have been almost a year and if you want to have a blast just give it a try! When Rebeca is on the mic be ready for a good time! This place has been a huge part of me getting back into my own fitness routine and I couldn’t be more thankful! The facility is so nice! Wonderful experience! Loved Ashley’s class. She was very encouraging and easy to follow as a newbie.
I have attended over 20 classes, different times, different instructors all at the Derby location and I have found them all to be friendly, helpful and its just been a great experience. Each Instructor does things a little differently, which I really like. Helps keep me motivated to keep going back. I have also taken a Semi private class and I really got a lot out it. It was totally worth it. I plan on taking another one.
