Alex and Amaya were absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend coming to see them . Absolutely the best
Honestly, it’s been a year since I got my snake bites here and I wouldn’t recommend this location. The person stated they had experienced with snake bites and she got it stuck halfway through my lip and dug around a bit TWICE before finally punching through my lip. It was so painful, i almost passed out, my lips ended up rejecting after cleaning anyways. I kept them in for six months and they wouldn’t heal at all.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Didn’t even make it to the shop. I called in advanced and asked if they could do a snake bite piercing. They hesitated and said they have no one to do it. It’s a very simple piercing. Doesn’t make sense. I asked if they could do a vertical philtrum piercing. And their response was “oh yes, the one that goes across.” Umm I said vertical, didn’t I? I’m just in disbelief.
Toya sent us away after coming in at 7:06pm stating they don't pierce an hour before closing. Nowhere on FB or IG did it state that- IG has a post that invites people to come in from 5:15-7:45p even. Both ladies working seemed so annoyed and uninterested in helping as soon as we walked in. So disappointed...
