My husband and I did a session at Body20 recently and we were impressed! Pretty awesome to experience the technology they use. They not only have the muscle stimulation workouts but they offer InBody scans each time you go. Helpful peek into your health! (Look it up if you’ve never had one). Dr Z and Mary are wonderful. I Had my demo session. I was extremely nervous and skeptical. I have bad knees and have put on a lot of weight. I am trying to avoid knee surgery, but if I do go into knee surgery, I want to be as lean and as strong as possible. From.the moment I walked in. I felt very welcomed in a sincere way. Everyone was very accommodating. I cannot wait to get started going consistently.
