I don’t particularly care for exercising. However I realize how important it is and I’ve been a B20 member since its opening. I appreciate the fact that sessions are focused on me and tailored to meet my needs and challenges. Workouts are brief, intense and effective and results are immediate and obvious. The team is professional, competent and engaged. I recommend B20 to anyone who is looking for an effective, personalized approach to exercise, enhanced by optional stretching and nutritional counseling.
I have recently started training with Jeff in the Orlando location and he is awesome, I definitely am very sore after each session but it’s very much needed. They are doing everything they can to keep everyone safe during these times and are doing an amazing job!!! Best place to train I highly recommend!
Personal trainers are amazing and help you meet your goals with one on one 20min workouts.
Been going here for a little over a year now and I can say with 100% certainty every penny I spend here is worth it. I’ve gone to different gyms off and on most of my life, but always end up fading out after a few months, not here! The results you can get out of such quick sessions when you have someone working on what’s best for you, rather than just trying to figure it out on your own is pretty incredible.
