I have been using the Electro Muscular Stimulation suit that they utilize at Body 20 for about a month now. This program is something that you have to experience for yourself. I tend to not have a lot of time to work out and the suit gives you the equivalent of a 4 hour work out in 20 minutes and believe me you feel it!! After the workout it is definitely a great time for a post workout selfie because the pump you get during the workout is insane. I would recommend anyone to give Body20 a try!!!
