I love the workouts at Body20 Des Peres. The coaches are fantastic, and the workouts are only 20 minutes. The best part is the technology that makes those 20 minutes equate to hours in a gym.

If you are looking for a unique way to workout complete muscle groups in a low impact way this is it. If you’re looking for Cardio, Strength or a restorative session this is your place. I have never experienced anything like it and I am looking forward to returning!It is such a unique program and the staff is outstanding! I highly recommend checking them out!

From the moment I walked in I felt so taken care of. The Body20 team took so much time fitting me so I would get the most out of my workout. They spent time educating me on everything from what I was wearing to what happens to my body during an EMS workout. I can’t believe how much my muscles were worked during such low impact exercise. This is truly the exercise of the future and I’m HERE FOR IT 🙌🏻

Absolutely rude customer service on the phone from the guy. You dont just put people on hold without notice and hang up. What type of treatment is that? The young lady is always pleasant and polite,but he truly needs Customer Service Representative training.

Love the staff and workouts! Unfortunately, due to house repairs, I have to step away from my workouts and focus on that. Once that clears up, I’ll be returning!!
